1. Nature of the Service
GenMix uses artificial intelligence to create fun, simulated “future baby” images based on uploaded photos.
All results are for entertainment purposes only and are not medical, scientific, or genetic predictions.
2. Eligibility & Responsible Use
By using the App you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or using the App under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
- You have the necessary rights and permissions to upload all photos and content you submit.
- You will not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, or non-consensual content.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
- Certain features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play and managed via RevenueCat.
- Prices and subscription terms are displayed in the store and may change over time.
- Any refunds are handled according to the App Store / Google Play refund policies, not directly by us.
4. Intellectual Property
- The App, its design, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned or licensed by us and are protected by applicable laws.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
- You may save, share, or post the AI-generated images for personal use, as long as you comply with these Terms and any platform rules.
